    Our products are dispatched to all over the world. The following  options are available to most countries. They can send the jewelry to destination.  But the delivery time is not steady . (Note: Our shipping department does not operate on public holidays or irresistible force.)

How long I can get my package ?

 

    Shipping cost is cheaper and the speed is faster than you think.Generally, the delivery time is about 3~5 days.When you confirmed the order, which will pass Quality Control and Packing in 3 days. 

 

    Once we prepared your goods, we inform you the total amount and shipping cost by email. Then you can pay it. After we received your payment,we will send out your parcel in  the same day, except  weekend or holiday. On second day, we will send tracking No.to you.

Which shipping method do you support?  

 

    We send the goods to you through express. We have a lot of  express options. They  are DHL,FEDEX,UPS,TNT,China EMS ,Hongkong Post, Singapore Post and so on.   

 

    Usually,if  the weight is less than 2kg. We choose Hongkong Registered Package or Singapore  Registered Post for you. Because the shipping cost is a little cheaper . The delivery time is about 7~15 days. 

 

    You can also choose any express according to your request. For example:              DHL,FEDEX,UPS,TNT . The delivery time is around 3~5 days. They are fast and the shipping cost is a little higher . With regard to  China EMS, Hongkong Post, Singapore Post , the delivery time is 7~15 days.

    The merchandises are delivered in special container provided by DHL/FEDEX/UPS/TNT/EMS. Furthermore, we usually put some plastic bubbles inside the parcel to keep the jewelry steady, waterproof and crushproof. You can track the shipment via the web and get the additional information by 800 free or other telephones.
