Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at manager@asonjewelry.com. Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all approved returns. Restocking fees do not apply to EU customers exercising the right of withdrawal.

To initiate a return or cancellation, you may also log in to your customer account at https://account.asonsteel.com. If you checked out using a phone number only (without an email address), please use the link in your SMS order confirmation to start your request.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


🇪🇺 European Union Return Policy (Right of Withdrawal)

Customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) receive the last item of your order. If the withdrawal period ends on a weekend or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day.

How to Exercise Your Right

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., by email to manager@asonjewelry.com).

Refund Conditions

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw. Refunds may be withheld until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods.

We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Return Condition & Value Deduction

You are only responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the items.

If returned items are:

  • used beyond reasonable inspection
  • damaged
  • missing original packaging or parts

we reserve the right to deduct an amount from the refund corresponding to the reduction in value of the goods.

Return Shipping

For EU customers exercising the right of withdrawal, we will refund standard outbound shipping costs. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless otherwise stated.

Refunds

For EU customers, refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days of receiving your withdrawal notice, subject to receipt of the returned goods or evidence of return. We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be refunded on your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
